My case required that he travel to southern Missouri multiple times and it drug out for over a year. Ben was flexible with me with respect to paying his fees as well rather than requiring all of the money up front in the form of a retainer. In the end, Ben met all of the goals I set as part of my initial consultation with him.

I had not only a child custody case but owned a house with my ex, so estate issues. I was not married but might as well been. Ben helped keep me calm and understood things I would bend on and not bend on. He communicated everything quickly with me. I usually got responses to emails within 24 hours, and if it was something complicated he would call. He was assertive with the other lawyer, and did not allow her to push things off. I have recommended him to friends and family. Hopefully I will not need his services in the future but if I do, he will be my first call.
